How to send item data to email when the trigger occurs?

Hi all.
I have an item called 'top', which shows top 5 processes, sorted by CPU load time.
And trigger for a CPU high load.
How i can insert last 'top' item data into email, which sending when trigger occurs?

When i insert macros {top} or {server:top} into action message, it not shows me value.

Resolved to either:
1) the latest value of the Nth item in the trigger expression, if used for displaying triggers. In this case, works the same as {ITEM.LASTVALUE}.
2) the historical (at-the-time-of-event) value of the Nth item in the trigger expression, if used for displaying events and notifications. Will resolve to UNKNOWN if the history value has already been deleted or has never been stored.
Supported since 1.4.3.

Not {TOP.LASTVALUE}, but {ITEM.LASTVALUE} - this macros expands to last value of the first item in trigger expression. That trigger which causes action.
