Flexible intervals:get current update interval of an item in a trigger expression?

Is there any way to get the current update interval of an item in a trigger expression? I use flexible intervals, so its relevant when using NODATA on an SNMP check to trigger a 'device unavailable' notification (as in the standard SNMP Device template). It would be good to get the value of update interval read in automatically (and say multiplied by 3), rather than requiring manual replication of the flexible interval schedule in the trigger rule, with the time function.

I run in the same "noData" problem.
is there any possibility to use or define a MACRO with the UpdateInterval ?
