Monitoring windows host stats

Is it possible to monitor windows hosts without installing the Agent or using snmp? I know in WUG we can monitor the disk usage and other stats without turning on the snmp service or installing an agent

You can do this via WMI but when I have done this in the past the windows WMI process is not always reliable and will sometimes block. I've found adding agents to the windows hosts to be more reliable

Something like this (https://www.zabbix.com/forum/zabbix-...wmi-monitoring) would point you in the right direction but I would still advise you to install zabbix agents - its *way* easier.
