Wrong problem state

Hi I'm new to Zabbix and I could use some help with this "behavior" of Zabbix....

I have created a trigger (see screenshot) but when the problem occurs its shows the wrong state??
It shows up as OK, but it should show the actual state.. (see screenshot)

What am I doing wrong?

can you share your item - sepceially focus on interval connection and the trigger expression ?

Might sound stupid, but can you tell me what item? Not sure what you mean here....
