I have the same issue. Last week I did an upgrade from 2.0.6 to 2.2.6 where I configured all new housekeeper options. Unfortunately the database keeps growing (over 488GB of data for 50 servers in 1 year)
I already decreased checks to decrease the data growth.

Are you using MySQL with the InnoDB engine?
If so can you check the size of the file /var/lib/mysql/ibdata1?

Usually in standard configurations the MySQL server is not configured to "split" the database tables into multiple files (innodb_file_per_table) and although housekeeper is executed in an hourly basis the disk space consumed by the tables cannot be recovered and the file's size keep growing. This is an InnoDB engine characteristic.

Please take a look at these sites: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/...blespaces.html
      http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3...-file-in-mysql

Another thing you may consider is the need of keeping the history for 30 days.
      Take a look here: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ory_and_trends

488GB is the size of the posgres files on the filesystem.
Any advise how to do vacuum on postgresql?

              cheers!

                As postgres user:

                vacuumdb --help

Full vacuum can "freeze" your system and need free space on storage (max 50%)

Also check your postgres config for autovacuum, and set it "on".
