Agent error

I have got the follow 2 errors from the agent

Host A - Host B - Windows 2021 R2 Standard 64 bit, Firewall is off. Zabbix server can ping this host and vice versa

Error: Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [x.x.x.x]. Assuming that agent dropped connection because of access permission

Host B - Windows 2003 Standard 32 bit, Firewall is off. Zabbix server can ping this host and vice versa

Error: Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer

Please advise

I know you mentioned the windows firewall is shut down, but have you verified that the client/host can communicate on the zabbix ports (generally client listens on 10050, server listens on 10051) via telnet?

Also which item keys are you testing with?
