i am wondering if this is a bug or am i doing something wrong. I have setup escalation notification on devices after they have been down for 2h, and that works. Now i have recovery operation which is immediately sent and that also makes sense. The problem i am having is that i will get up notification immediately for all devices not just the escalated devices. How would i fix that?
