all hosts down trigger?

Hello,

probably a basic question...

i'd like to create a template trigger fired when all the hosts, linked to the template, are down.

i'm not aware of the host names, the trigger should count all currently linked.

is there a way to do an aggregation based on nodata (on some item) or icmpping?

is there some other solution i'm missing?

still fighting the issue...

the trigger: {my_template:grpsum["my_host_group","my_item",last,0].nodata(0)}=1 doesn't solve it.

also created an aggregate item (avg-based) over a calculated item with a formula nodata("my_item") but it didn't help as well.

i'm stuck, any ideas are highly appreciated
