Action Emails include CC's

Is there anyway to include a list of CC's on an Action email? Or just include who the alert was sent to for responding purposes. When we get alerts via email we like to have the ability to respond to the email saying "Working on", or the "Issue resolved" to the group which received the email. Looks like zabbix sends each email out individually making it difficult to respond to the group. Open to suggestions on this one?

My only thought is to change "SMTP Email" within zabbix to an account which we all have emails forwarded from.

Blown away this cannot be done, was hoping I was just missing something but I guess not.
