Power Supply A, Shutdown: Power supply is in critical state (Stack power supply C3850

I am monitoring Switch Cisco 3850 with stack power supply, I am using Zabbix, it is sometimes email as:
Problem: Switch 2 - Power Supply A, Normal: Power supply is in critical state
or Problem name: Switch 2 - Power Supply A, Shutdown: Power supply is in critical state
    How to fix this problem?

It looks like SNMP is reporting something and Zabbix is passing it along. You need to get the snmp info (maybe snmpwalk) and see if the error state is true. Check the history of the item in Zabbix, it's possible that a value map is incorrect or that the trigger is checking more items than are listed in the email.
