Trigger Action: Include output of remote command in email message

Hi, is it possible to define in a trigger action a command which will gather info from Zabbix agent host and then include that output in email message as part of the same trigger action?

We have CPU high alerts and would like to have a script run when alert is triggered which will gather the CPU top consumers and then we'd like that information included in the alert email notification.
