Is there any way to get SLA report from Zabbix?

I am trying to figure out if there's any report ( about the alerts and how fast it was rectified) that can be generated and sent to manager.
Normally to find out the missed SLA's and also for performance review.

No, not directly from Zabbix. You can use API to get SLA (if you get values you can use it in any tool):

Or you can use something like Grafana (with or without grafana-reporter).
Or if you know DB structure you can connect some reporting tool and build reports there.
