Postgresql template - configuration

I trying use PG template from this tutorial https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/.../db/postgresql

and i dont understand this fragment. How should i do it? Please explain me step by step, thanks in advance

In any case, run the command ln -s /usr/pgsql-12/bin/pg_isready /usr/bin/ pg_isready, where 12 is version your PostgreSQL.
