How to disable multi items on one click

Dear my friends,
My zabbix server has always detect alot of items that i don't want to monitor. If i disable one item by one click is very badly. Is there any way that i can check some of items and disable by one click? If yes, it's very great, and please let me know!

I know filter. But this is filter any items are Active or disable or something.
Now, After i filter all of Active items, i want to change alot of items from Active to disable...because a lot of items that i don't want to monitor.

But i only want to disable alot of items in a host fast. I dont want to update a lot of host in a time.

You can do that with the filter. Checkmark the items you want to disable or enable or whatever, then all the way down at the bottom left use the dropdown to select what you want to do and click on "Go". Done.
