    Zabbix Proxy on pfsense?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the issue im having. Currently trying to configure zabbix proxy on pfSense to send to my server which is in another site, Im not sure if the zabbix proxy on version 3.4 will work on zabbix server which is running 4.4, what i understood on the pfSense proxy zabbix i would add the WAN IP of my zabbix server, but not sure if i need to open ports? on both sides?
    Thank you

edit: so i got the proxy connected with the server and pfSense i had to NAT on zabbix server port 10051 now my question is:
on the host that is behind the zabbix proxy i would configure to the pfSense IP and with port 10051? then on the zabbix server add the host but what ip and port? that part im confused

    Thank you

The best way is to upgrade first your proxy to the same version as your main host.
Then add a alias group called zabbix at here in the group the ip of zabbix.
Then open the ports 10050 and 10051 for that group and give your server the config that the need contact with your local gateway ip from the pfsense. That are behind the pfsense.

When you have added a new host behind the proxy it will take 10 min for it pick up the host it can be faster if you restart the proxy in pfsense.

Thanks for the reply, so the proxy is now working connect from the pfsense to zabbix server. My question is that, the computers behind pfSense zabbix proxy i would install the agent and point to the pfSense proxy using the port 10050? then on the zabbix server when i add the host what ip should i put?

        Thank you
