"Received response has no valid XML data" while using VMware Templates

I have configured the zabbix with 4.2 and 4.0 LTS as well to monitor our vCenters using the templates ( Template VM Hypervisors, Template VM Virtual Machines, Template VMware) and was successful couple of weeks back. I got the data from the vCenter with the configuration given using macros. But now I am getting the error "Not supported" and "Received response has no valid XML data". I reinstalled zabbix and mysql twice and also changed database to postgresql , but it was the same issue.SNMP also configured on vCenter and getting information through that , but Simple checks are failing with default zabbix templates. Please help me on this to fix the issue.

You can adjust this error by increasing the following parameters on your proxy or server

STARTDISCOVERERS = 10

STARTVMWARECOLLECTORS = 10

VMWARETIMEOUT = 30
