Single table for one server's metrics

Using Zabbix 4.4.0 and Grafana 6.4.3. Not sure if it's a Zabbix or Grafana thing.
I'd like to make a table containing a single server's metrics. I know how to make a table showing all servers' CPU or RAM or etc levels (one metric, many clients). I'd now like to make a table showing multiple metrics for one client (i.e. Server 1: CPU, RAM, DISK, etc) Is that possible? I don't know how that would work with thresholds.

You can use wildcards in the host query in grafana - this should give you all the hosts from the group - after you'll see defined metrics from all hosts in the group.

or try to use variables in grafana - you can create a dashboard and just select the host of you interest ( assuming that all hosts have the same template it shoudl work for all of them )
