Users with access to maintenance module and not configuration options

Hello,

do you see any way where i can give "zabbix User" access to the Maintenance options but not having access to host configuration? Like Items/triggers/etc.
We wan't our technicians to be able to put hosts in maintenance, but not beeing able to change host configurations.

Thanks for any ideas.

PS: running zabbix 4.2
