    Web Monitoring

I am a Zabbix newbie. I have installed 2.2 on Ubuntu and installed php_curl

I can monitor website fine but when I request an secure site I am stuck with an SSL connect failure.

In my scenario I am monitoring a web farm of 12 servers and need to do it from behind the load balancer so my SSL certificate will never match the host name.

How can I get Zabbix to not check the SSL certificate when doing the HTTPS check?

There is actually no SSL certificate validation/check in Zabbix versions prior to 2.4:
Previous Zabbix versions did not verify anything about the SSL certificate [...]

Did you already inspected the respective Zabbix server/proxy log (possibly with increased log level)?

Thank you BDiE8VNy for your reply.

The issue does not seem to be a Zabbix one but how Zabbix uses curl to fetch the URL. Is there any way to find out the parameter '-k' to get curl to ignore the SSL certificate?

Haven't inspected the logs... will look for them!
