Subject sometimes lack the word problem and/or OK

    Hi,

I receive e-mail messages when a trigger fires. The subject of these messages most of the times starts with PROBLEM: when a trigger has the problem state or when the state returns to OK the subject starts with OK:.

Every now and then I receive messages with a subject in which the word PROBLEM or OK is missing. When the same trigger fires later again, the subject seems to be okay again. It even happens that I receive a message without the word PROBLEM but when the state returns back to normal I receive a message with the word OK in the subject line.

    How can I investigate this?

I know this might sound dumb, but are you using O365 or a Web Browser by any chance?

I had a persistent issue similar to yours and found that when I used my email in a browser I experienced this issue, whereas on the standard email client it was fine.

I use Outlook but our email back-end is Office365 indeed.

I found what is causing this issue. When I open the OK message the subject line contains "OK:" but it is not show in the message list because I enabled "View email messages by conversation" in Outlook.
