Automatic change severity on problem.

Hello,

Is it possible to change severity problem after some time. Example:

Problem is a "Average" severity. After 10 minut without acknowledge this problem change to "High".

i dont think there is such possibility - what you could do is play a nit wiht condition of triggers and make something like last occurence > average - last two occurences met the condition make it high and setup dependency between triggers - still it doesnt solve the acknowledge part

I tried with condition of triggers and and that's when I found problem with "acknowledge part".
I guess I don't have to expect that this function would be in the plans to add?
