Hello,
I installed Zabbix 4.4 on a VM (Debian 10) the other day and have been setting it up since, I am currently having this issue on 3 Windows remote vm's. So far I believe I have read every post related to this subject and tried countless things. I can telnet to the agents from the Zabbix server and back to the server from the agents, re-installed and restarted the agents, set the SourceIP in the zabbix_server.conf file to the IP of the Zabbix server. I have checked the agentd.conf files on the remote hosts and they are identical to the conf files on the windows servers that are communicating. On the Zabbix configuration > Hosts page, hovering over the red ZBX gives me "Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [104] Connection reset by peer" I have tirelessly looked up this error that has lead me to all sorts of posts in all sorts of languages and none of the tricks have worked for me as of yet. Anymore ideas from anyone out there?
Once I get past these 3 i will move on to the network devices with SNMP and I am sure I will have a few roadblocks in there as well.
Thanks.
