Usergroup default rights : always "denied" if not set for hosgroups ?

Yes I'm confused .. if I don't set any right to a usergroup for a hostgroup, will it be "denied" ?
In my opinion, denied would be the default behavior is no permissions are set, so the denied value would have be useless no ?

Yes, you are right - if you don`t set any permission - is denied by default. So be sure you have set rights to any group you need when creating new hostgroup - else it will be denied for all usergroups, even if they had status Allow-Any before.
But in reality you will not have Group - Rights set like GroupeName-Denied on group configpage, just blank for this hostgroup, but in will be interpreted like denied by zabbix
