Zabbix could not send email alerts

Hi folks, I have a little problem with sending email alerts from zabbix. The error message is,
    Code:
cannot connect to SMTP server "192.168.0.50": cannot connect to [[192.168.0.50]:25]: [113] No route to host
. However if I try ping from zabbix server to SMTP, I have a reply without any problem, as well as telnet connection to my SMTP server 192.168.0.50:25. Could someone help me, where is the problem? I have no idea. Thank you in advance

send please screenshot of yours email settings, and what exactly is on console when your trying telnet 192.168.0.50 25 , also try to execute "telnet 192.168.0.50 25" as script on server(create in Administration-> scripts and then run on zabbix server in the web-GUI):
Also, as already sad gofree - try to dissable Selinux and firewalld

          Thank you for your answer.

          Zabbix telnet script

          -Trying 192.168.0.50...
          -Connected to 192.168.0.50.
          -Escape character is '^]'.
          -Connection closed by foreign host.
          -Cannot execute script

          Console telnet

          Trying 192.168.0.50...
          Connected to 192.168.0.50.
          Escape character is '^]'.

SElinux: I tried to find some hints how to turn off it, I have found that I can check status by command "sestatus" but I get error command not found. So I suppose I don't have it.
Firewall: I have a debian, according to documentation there is not any default firewall, so it should not be problem too.

No It`s ok, zabbix actually see the SNMP-server, I really don`t understand what going on..
Try at first set the DNS-name on snmp server field, not IP.
Else try to set DEBUG_LEVEL=5 in zabbix_server.conf, restart the zabbix-server service, try configure and see what will be in the log.

I had a little problem with local DNS server, so I put there IP. However I have already solved this issue, and now with DNS-name it finally works Thank you.
