Dinamic text on trigger title

Hey guys,

I have this item with an uptime value and a trigger where create an incident when uptime trespassing 90 days.

On title, i wrote "Uptime: {ITEM.VALUE} days", but when the incident is created {ITEM.VALUE} still fix... Now i'm on 93 days... and the incident still "Uptime: 91 days"

How can i make this title renew yourself with new values?

I work with 4.0 version...
But on that link i found this {ITEM.LASTVALUE}... maybe it works...

I think it was the time around version 4.x ( maybe 4.2.x ) when {ITEM.LASTVALUE} started to act as {ITEM.VALUE} - thats why zabbix brought oeprational data
