I've been trying to get an auto discovery working for sometime on my raid cards (LSI 9xxx)
I am able to do auto discovery on the controller, but I can't seem to break out the ports.
My current discovery json:

I'm clueless here at how to proceed. Basically dont want to have to rewrite the item for each port. As from a developers stand point is seems like a waste. Please give me some ideas if anyone has any.
If I ever do get this working I'd love to post the final product.
