"Cannot find host interface" when using Juniper EX Template

Hi, after importing this template and assigning it to a device, I see the following messages at the top of the window:

ERROR: Cannot update host
Created: Application "Device Health" on "atl-core001-mgmt".
Created: Application "Interfaces" on "atl-core001-mgmt".
Created: Application "Performance" on "atl-core001-mgmt".
Cannot find host interface on "atl-core001-mgmt" for item key "discovery.ifDescr"

I'm not familiar with the template structure, so I'm not sure what it's complaining about. I'm looking for an answer or a pointer to a working Zabbix template for monitoring Juniper EX switches.

The template I loaded was here for ver2.0.5 (yes, I realize it's a bit old)

Is it for sure that the device has at least one SNMP host interface configured?
