Trigger Status does not change from "Unknown"

    Trigger Status does not change from "Unknown"

    Dear all,

    We've set discovery rules to monitor disk usages.

    On the latest data page,
    we can see the value for each disk.

    However, on the configuration page of the host,
    status of items for some disks usage shows "Unknown".

    It would be helpful if you could tell us how to turn it to "Enabled",
    or how to fix it.

    Currently, we use zabbix server ver.3.0.5,
    and zabbix agent 3.0.10.

    Look at item list for the host (Configuration → Hosts Items)
    Attention at column “info”
    Info If everything is fine, no icon is displayed in this column. If there are errors, a red square icon with a cross is displayed. Move the mouse over the icon and you will see a tooltip with the error description.


    This information will help you understand why the data item is not working
