All Graph are Offset

Since a couple of days, all my graph are offset. Maybe after an update of OS, or maybe for nothing, I no not remember when it happened exactly. The clock of my server and of my client are Sync... (You can see on image)

Any ideas ? I did not found anything on web

Thanks for the pointer. Today morning I've upgraded to 4.0.16 and started seeing the issue. I thought it was my environment specific.
