Zabbix dashboard running too slow hitting any things.?

Zabbix dashboard running everything slow. when i update anything here its taking time too long 2 to 10 minuts.
Zabbix server is running Yes localhost:10051
Number of hosts (monitored/not monitored/templates) 133 81 / 4 / 48
Number of items (monitored/disabled/not supported) 17804 16446 / 3 / 1355
Number of triggers (enabled/disabled) [problem/ok] 2438 2430 / 8 [80 / 2350]
Number of users (online) 17 2
Required server performance, new values per second 189.97

performance, new values per second 133.28.
anyone can i how can i solve this problem?

Try to identify the slow running queries, e.g. by enabling the debug mode for your user. The debug mode adds a new hyper-link 'Debug' in the top level menu, which reveals a lot of useful information.

Then investigate why this or these queries are that slow. Thinkable reasons might be a sub-optimal configured/tuned database, resource shortage, bad execution plans or just a SQL query that should be made different.

still not solve the problem and not seeing anything important there. when i hitting any tab still take too many times.
history data 9 gb
history_uint 7 gb
trends 256 mb
it should be not annoying for this.
i didn't understand why this is happening.
