Create Auto Registration in two Groups?

Hi Everyone, Can any help me out on this?
I have trouble with Zabbix Auto Registration?
Two host group 1.Server 2.Client with several instances.
auto registration well wokring with 1.server but when i Create a rule Auto registration for a 2.client host group, after zabbix agent restart instance added with twice i don't understand why did this happen.
i already change in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf "HostMetadata=client" and on dashboard
CONFIGURATION OF ACTIONS->Condition "Host metadata like client"
Add to host groups: Client
