Error trying to monitor a windows machine by name

Hello all.
I'm trying zabbix for deploy on my office, but im having some troubles trying to monitor windows machines

When i try to create a new host, i put the hostname of the windows machine on dns field of agent interface, but the zabbix respond with the following: Get value from agent failed: cannot resolve[hostname]

Then i tried to do zabbix_get -s <hostname> -k agent.ping on the server and it return sucessfully

The machine i'm trying to monitor is using zabbix agent (active) and i'm receiving data normally.

My goal is to be able to monitor windows machines via name due the fact that the machines uses dhcp

Any help to me??

1) How are your hostname item configuration on the agent config file?
2) What's the result of the windows hostname command?
3) Check the agent log file for something unusual.
