Hi,
I have a question to zabbix agents (Zabbix server V.1.1).
I use Windows and Linux agents. The problem: I query some Windows services states with item service_state[*] and simple check ports with tcp, port.
Under Linux I use net.tcp.port[ip,port] to query ports.
If a service is running well in Linux it is indicated by number 1 (service running). If a windows service is running well it's indicated by number 0, service down by 6. This is very confusing.
Why are these items developed in this way? Is it possible to change this?
Thanks for your answers.
