Triggers URL

Hi,
how comes I have no option URL when I click on the problem in Monitoring → Problems (URL option in the Trigger menu) ?
It would be very useful, thank you in advance.

Hello Centurion,

From what I've seen, this macro will show when used in an MSTeams message, not within HTML emails. If you would like the email to provide a quick link to the problem dashboard, I would recommend adding something along the lines of this to your alert message:

<strong><a href="https://<EnterZabbixURLHere>.net/zabbix.php?action=problem.view&triggerids%5B%5D={T RIGGER.ID}">Click Here to View Problem</a></strong><br />

This will be a part of the custom message sent by Alerts > Actions > Trigger actions > *action name* > Operations tab > Operations > *Custom message checkbox* >
