How to use a script to insert a message in ack menu.

When a trigger show in dashboard, they have a colum named ack. When trigger just arrived, in this colum is writed "NO"
If you click in "NO" a new menu show up, the Update problem menu.
inside the new screen, Update problem, we have a text box called "Message"

How can I write a message here, using a script?
