SNMP v3, snmp availability item value is duplicated at each check.

Hello, we just started to use snmp v3 to monitor our cisco switches. Everything is normal about interface metrics, no interruption, no gaps, no wrong data.
But all the switches are showing "no snmp data collection" alert and the snmp sign turns to red.
When I check the snmp availability item, I saw something strange. Zabbix is writing the snmp availiability item twice each time it checks it. One of them value is 1, the other is 0.

Any idea about this ?

PS : Zabbix is running v4.2.1 at 3 nodes cluster.
