Nginx 1.17 configuration for Zabbix 4.0

Hi Zabbix Help.

My first post here.

I'm looking for a Nginx configuration for Zabbix 4.0, but I can't find nothing on the Internet that might help. There some tutorials, but the majority are directed to Zabbix 2.3 or Zabbix 3.0. I also didn't found anything useful on official documentation of Zabbix, and what I have tested so far, is not working at all.

Does anyone have any configuration to share with me? I'm using php7.2-fpm, by the way.
