Alerting on Group health vs Host health

Is there a way to alert based on number of healthy nodes in a group instead of when a host is down?

I have all my hosts categories in hostgroups and want to only alert when availability of the group drops below 70%.

For example. If I have 10 hosts in a group, i only want to get alerts when 3 or more hosts are having issues. I don't want to receive alerts when only 1 or 2 hosts from the group are down.

      Thanks.

Is there a way to match on a condition of a certain group when doing aggregate checks?

Lets say I have 2 group called "Region West" and "Region East". I then have another group called "Web Proxy". There are hosts in the West region that are part of the Proxy group but there are also nodes in the East region and also part of the Proxy group.

I wan to create an item that checks percentage of nodes in the group "Web Proxy" that don't have an issue and are only in West region. Then another item for the east region.
