Help installing agent with config file

I tried pushing tyhe zabbix agent via manageengine with a batch file to install the agent with the specified config file but it says .d [2] no such file or directory even though I execute it in the same directory the config and agent exe is in. I have included a screenshot

specify full path for config

I did and still get the same error

I found out that I had to remove the include line that had the error from my config file. "Include=/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf.d"
