Azure tag Start/stop and disable Zabbix monitoring

Hi there,

We have an Azure tag "start/stop" in order to shut down some VMs during weekends (saving costs) and other times. The problem is, how to disable/enable Zabbix monitoring for switched off/on VMs accordingly, so do not get alerting once VM is off and start getting if there are real issues while it is on.

May anyone has implemented this solution already?

Was looking or expecting someone who has implemented solution on Azure automation runbook, in similar "start/stop" scenario.
As the problem is, we have many ~ 100x VMs, and about 10x different "start/stop" tags. All VMs are monitored by Zabbix.
One day I want particular VMs to have one tag, other day my colleague has a request to set other tag, etc., this does not sound possible via your solution, as I understand in your case you must know exact times VMs will be off and set those trigger dependencies on particular VMs.

I know my question is really tricky, so this is why I am asking for advises here.
