Zabbix WebHook - Timeout when connecting to Zabbix Server "localhost"

Hi All

I am trying to test a Webhook buit when ever I test I am seeing an error

Media type test failed. Connection timeout of 3 seconds exceeded whenconnecting to Zabbix server "localhost"

I've also created a custom script which throws the same error (although it works). Any suggestions where to go to diagnose/problem solve?
