I understand that trigger is by zabbix_agentd is not running {serverxxxroc.num[zabbix_agentd].last(0)}<1, when this trigger is activated no send e-mail.... why??

In order to help you you have to post a littlebit more info like how did you setup the email media? (in configuration/general/media type/email)

What is the status of the actions in Monitoring/Actions?

Look in the zabbix_server.log file for any hints why the email is not being sent.

There are several ways to check the agent(d), depending on your setup.

You might want to try agent.ping or something.nodata functions.
