I'm not certain I understand what you're asking for. Are you saying that you want your recovery condition to be that the log message you've matched hasn't happened in the last 30 minutes? I think that's just

{smartfox:log[/file/server/SF/logs/gamex/gamex.log,":.*No match.* idle match!!!"].regexp(:.*No match.* idle match!!!,30m)}=0

Notice that all I changed from your problem detection trigger is the 2nd argument to regexp(), so that it applies to the last 30 minutes, and the result (0, not found).
