Graphs look to be missing last time period

Apologies for the cryptic title, but I'm not sure hoe else to put it. All graphs looked fine on 4.2. I recently moved to 4.4 and have just noticed that the last section of a graph isn't showing values. If I zoom in on the timeline the area remains the same size (relatively), but it ends up showing more recent values.

I've added two images of the same graph, but at different time spans. One is missing an hour at the end and the other 10 minutes.

Check the zabbix server (and proxy if applicable) performance and queue values. Is housekeeping running (and running a long time) vs. to you use db partitions for housekeeping? Missing data is usually a performance problem somewhere, particularly if it eventually gets data.
