ICMP Simple Check Different Intervals Issue

    Hi all!
I have zabbix server version 2.2.2 installed on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I have several hosts monitored with simple check namely icmppingsec. But the hosts are monitored with different Update intervals(10s for one, 60s for the second and 1s for the third). What I've found is that when time to ping hosts matches zabbix only queries one host and not the others. So that I am not getting the values for that moment for other hosts. Is this a correct behavior or am I missing something in the config?
    Thanks

From my understanding Zabbix selects all e.g. icmppingsec items whose last check was longer ago than the respective item interval. These are then written to a file and processed by a single fping call. While processing no further checks take place in parallel, except one has multiple StartPingers configured.

BDiE8VNy Thank you very much for your answer. I'm new to zabbix and still learning it's architecture basics. As you've hinted, increasing StartPingers value in the server config resolved my issues.
      Thanks
