get graph value in Mbits/sec

Hello,

I´m learning how to get zabbix to monitor my mikrotik devices, but the interface and configuration is quite complicated, i had to create templates, items in discovery, etc.. but now i am getting some results

I have created graphs in zabbix for my mikrotik devices ethernet ports by snmp v2.

1st reports:
- graph max speeds are not the same as mikrotik interface shows.
example: i get a maximum speed of download in zabbix graph of 8 Mbytes/s and in mikrotik interface or speedtest webpage i get 12.900 Mbytes/s (big difference)

Is there any way to get the results in Mbits/sec instead of Mbytes/sec ?
