Item value : numeric float with 8 digit after decimal

I try to have 8 digits after decimal, but I have just 4..
Does anyone have the same problem?

Zabbix handles floating point numbers up to 4 decimal places. This is the case in the database table definition.

MySQL:
double(16,4)

PostgreSQL:
numeric(16,4)
