Installed Zabbix server version 4.4.1 with nginx. It must be updated to version 4.4.3. The web server (nginx) and zabbix server are on the same server, and the database is on the other server. Installed packages: zabbix-server-mysql-4.4.1, zabbix-web-4.4.1, zabbix-web-mysql. Given that nginx is installed, is it necessary to update all three packages?

I don't really understand your question. Why would using 'nginx', as opposed to apache httpd, have any bearing on whether or not you need to update the web components?
In any case, yes, you do need to update zabbix-web to 4.4.3, as part of the update. The web interface version should be kept in sync with the server version.
