    Action Time Period configuration

    Hi all

    Currently I'm creating a new notification action for our after hours on-call duty team. But configuring the time period is kinda mind bugging.

    The time shifts are explained below:

    Normal shift:
    monday 08:00-17:00
    tuesday 08:00-17:00
    wednesday 08:00-17:00
    thursday 08:00-17:00
    friday 08:00-17:00
    saturday None
    sunday None

    On-call duty:
    monday 00:00-08:00, 17:00-24:00
    tuesday 00:00-08:00, 17:00-24:00
    wednesday 00:00-08:00, 17:00-24:00
    tuesday 00:00-08:00, 17:00-24:00
    thursday 00:00-08:00, 17:00-24:00
    saturday 00:00-24:00
    sunday 00:00-24:00

    Within the Action I configured the following "Time Period":

    1-5,00:00-08:00;1-5,17:00-24:00;6-7,00:00-24:00

    Does this cover all the On-call duty periods or am I missing something? May you double use 1-5 for instance?

    Mmm,

    Forget my post, overlooked the "time Period" not in option,.,.sigh!
    Solved it by using:
    Time period not in 1-5,08:00-17:00
