Appliance working well, after a few days, open portal found the error "Database error Error connecting to database: No such file or directory" Have anybody can help me how to fix it. thanks
Log into the VM and check if /var/run/mysqld/mysql.sock exists. Chances are mysqld.sock is either deleted or not accessible or something happened with /var/run/mysqld directory.
